American Bocce Company goes up market

Packaworld US distributor, American Bocce Company (ABC) has taken further steps in broadening their reach across the states by partnering with American based, Italian superstore, Eataly Chicago. ABC will equip and coordinate both public and private events in addition to hosting leagues and other bocce-oriented events. 

Eataly General Manager Jason Goldsmith was eager to involve the store with American Bocce Co., stating, “Eataly stands for so many components to Italian culture so naturally bocce is a perfect fit.” 

Eataly Chicago has worked with the ABC team  (formerly Wicker Park Bocce Club) several times before and were keen to work with the Chicago-based company. ABC is building a large following with their unique approach to bocce which in many ways has modernised the timeless sport. 

One of ABC's founding partners Alicia Harvey summed up the partnership announcement. “...we're excited and proud to work with a company like Eataly...".

NZ based Packaworld founder and CEO Pete Roberts was equally excited with the news. "I'm delighted to know that our products are going to be seen in such a high profile establishment."
