Website pricing is based on either Euro, New Zealand, Australian or United States dollars depending on the store chosen. Orders to selected international destinations can be arranged, for quotations please contact us.
Shipping Information
Packaworld normally ships goods within 3-5 business days after the order is placed by customer and payment received by Packaworld. Products purchased during any particular sale, are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after the end of the sale. Shipping times may vary depending on the products ordered. Packaworld will only ship complete orders. In the event that your order consists of out-of-stock products, Packaworld may require additional time to prepare your order and in these special cases Packaworld will notify the customer of any shipping delays associated with these orders. All shipping dates given are based on estimates provided by suppliers and/or production lead times. Packaworld cannot guarantee shipping dates, since delivery dates are subject to change. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please contact Packaworld at [email protected] for assistance. If you want Packaworld to ship partial orders, we can do it, but additional shipping charges will apply.

The web site pricing for freight is derived from standard United States, Australian, European and New Zealand courier charges. We use a range of shipping and freight services and Packaworld has the right to choose the most appropriate service provider for each order, to ensure delivery timeframes are met to the best of our ability. In some cases this may mean the courier provider used differs from the provider selected during the online store check-out process. A customer is required to provide a phone number for all orders shipped. By default, all packages are shipped uninsured. We may only ship to a verified billing address, associated with the credit card.

Payment Information
A payment to Packaworld can be made using a International Money Transfer, Paypal, Visa or Master Card. If the customer choses to make a payment using a credit card, the customer may be required to provide to Packaworld a proof of identity, and additional processing time may be required. If the proof of identity is not provided, Packaworld reserves the right to refuse to accept the order. A full payment is required up-front. Packaworld will only begin processing orders after the payment has been received and cleared. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
Order cancellation
If the customer cancels the order for any reason whatsoever after the payment has been received by Packaworld, Packaworld will withhold 20% of the order’s total as a restocking fee and will issue a store-credit for the remaining 80% of the order's total. Packaworld begins processing the order immediately after payment is received, and any order cancellations cause Packaworld to incur costs which cannot be absorbed by the Company.
Payment of the deposit to Packaworld constitutes a commitment from the customer to purchase Product(s) for which the deposit has been given. Deposit is non-refundable. If customer wishes to cancel the order after the deposit has been paid, but before the final payment has been paid, a credit for the amount of the deposit at Packaworld store will be issued.

International Buyers & Delivery
- Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by the Seller all Goods are sold and will be delivered on the basis of Delivered at Place (named place of destination) (“DAP”) as that term is described and defined by Incoterms 2020 being the International Commercial Terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce. All delivery and shipping dates are estimated only.
- Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change so we would advise you to contact your local customs office for current, up-to-date information prior to placing your order.
- Where a United States Purchaser, Australian Purchaser, European Purchaser or New Zealand Purchaser requires the Goods delivered outside their respective country, the Buyer will be responsible for obtaining all export and other licences required for delivery to the country of destination.
