PACKAWORLD DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Packaworld products are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. During this period Packaworld International Ltd ("PIL") will repair or replace any damaged Packaworld products that have failed under normal use, reasonable wear and tear excepted, provided that the product has been purchased by the user or an authorised reseller and not via another third party.
PACKAWORLD DOES NOT WARRANT THE USE OF FULL-SIZE RUGBY PACKAPOSTS UNDER OR FOR COMPETITIVE GAME CONDITIONS. PACKAWORLD DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE THAT RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF PACKAPOSTS IN COMPETITIVE RUGBY GAMES.
PACKAWORLD FURTHER DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PACKAWORLD PRODUCT, IF IT HAS BEEN USED FOR HIRE PURPOSES, SUBJECTED TO MISUSE, ACCIDENT, OVERLOADING, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, IMPROPER USE, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, PRODUCT ADJUSTMENTS, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ATTEMPTED REPAIRS AND IMPROPER ACTIONS BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN PACKAWORLD. PACKAWORLD DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE THAT RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCT(S), IMPROPER INSTALLATION, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE OR IMPROPER ACTIONS AROUND ITS PRODUCT(S).
PACKAWORLD WARRANTS THAT THE PACKAWORLD PRODUCT(S), WILL CONFORM TO THE LABEL DESCRIPTION AND PACKAWORLD MAKES NO FURTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER CONCERNING THE PACKAWORLD PRODUCT(S), EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE LABEL DESCRIPTION OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PACKAWORLD PRODUCT(S)
The warranties stated herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether oral, written, implied, expressed, statutory, or arising by New Zealand law or custom, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Packaworld products, whether the Packaworld products, are used alone or in combination with other substances or devices.
Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Packaworld dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Packaworld products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty.

RETURNS
Products may only be returned to us with our prior agreement, at your expense, and according to our directions. If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us at [email protected] in order to receive a return authorisation number and further details of where to send the defective product. You will be directed to attach a tag to the product that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number and description of the problem. Include a copy of the original sales receipt, a completed returns form and carefully package the product and send insured by Courier or Parcel Post with shipping and insurance prepaid. Shipping fees are not refunded. Do not return product to Packaworld without authorisation.
Any products returned in contravention of this section will not be the subject of any refunds or replacements or repairs and you will continue to be liable for payment of the price of such products.
Where you return products to us in accordance with the provisions of this section, and in our reasonable opinion those products do not conform with the warranties set out in our standard Terms & Conditions, section 12, then the Buyer’s sole remedy, as determined by Packaworld, shall be any of the following:- (a) refund of the purchase price; or (b) repair of the non-compliant Goods; or (c) replacement of the non-compliant Goods (where replacements are available).

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Packaworld International Ltd ("PIL"), do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please make decisions carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If you do however wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, PIL will offer you, at their sole discretion, an exchange voucher or refund, less a re-stocking fee of 20% of the order value and less the value of the shipping costs, provided that:
If these requirements are not satisfied PIL reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense.
Sale items, special orders and goods made to customer specification are not eligible for PIL’s Change of Mind policy.
If you do however wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, PIL will offer you, at their sole discretion, an exchange voucher or refund, less a re-stocking fee of 20% of the order value and less the value of the shipping costs, provided that:
- you return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- you produce your original PIL receipt at the time you return the item
- the item is in a re-saleable and ‘As New Condition’ including that: - the product(s) is still packaged up like new and it is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; it is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; any sew-in labels are still attached and a returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
If these requirements are not satisfied PIL reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense.
