Court configurations
Packalines were originally designed to be used in sports arenas with polished wooden flooring, where they provide the best adhesion. By virtue of the fact they are supplied in rolls of 60 metres and 10 metre lengths (un-cut) they can be used for a variety of court markings. Some of the more popular courts and the lines required for each are shown below. The measurements below are estimates and line lengths may need to be checked for accuracy.
Packalines can also be used for adhoc court markings e.g. throw lines for the Paralympic sport of Goalball

Boccia
Packaline line lengths (# required):
TOTAL LENGTH OF PACKALINE REQUIRED = 62 metres (approx.)
(requires 1 x 60m and 1 x 10m reels of Packaline) Note: alternative option is to use ribbon or tape marking for the V-line instead of Packaline which provides a flatter line to cater for those players with slower boule throws (e.g. ramp players). In which case only 56m of Packaline is required.

Pickleball
Badminton
Packaline line lengths (# required):
TOTAL LENGTH OF PACKALINE REQUIRED = 100 metres (approx.)
(requires 2 x 60m reels of Packaline) |
Volleyball
Packaline line lengths (# required):
TOTAL LENGTH OF PACKALINE REQUIRED = 81 metres (approx.)
(requires 1 x 60m and 3 x 10m reels of Packaline) Note: If no attack or centre lines are required then this reduces the Packaline requirement down to 54 metres and therefore you will only need 1 x 60m reel

Tennis
Packaline line lengths (# required):
TOTAL LENGTH OF PACKALINE REQUIRED = 148 metres (approx.)
(requires 3 x 60m reels of Packaline) Note: Alternative Packaline configuration could be used (using 10m reels) BUT care must be taken when laying out lines and cutting. Safest bet is to use 3 x 60m lengths which will provide spare capacity if mistakes made.

Measure twice and cut once
Remember, to avoid wastage, it is important to double check your measurements before cutting your Packalines.
