Tips on use, setup, care and maintenance of Packalines
To help maintain the quality of your Packalines it is important to follow some simple care and maintenance instructions. These are outlined below, along with some tips on laying and packing away the lines.

Packalines are supplied in reels of 60 metre (196.8 ft) and 10 metre (32.8 ft.) lengths and used to best effect on polished sports hall wooden surfaces. They do not come in any purpose made bags or containers. Instead we have listened to our customers who, in the majority of cases, prefer to use their own storage solutions. In turn this reduces costs of shipping and transport.
Packalines are cut to length and these lengths are determined by the type of courts or boundaries being marked out - see here for details. Once cut we recommend that each line is labelled to help people identify the lines and make re-laying the court quicker. When not in use we do recommend that Packalines are rolled up and stored safely to ensure they do not get damaged and they retain their shape when laid flat. An ideal storage solution is a dual purpose plastic container which can also be used to wash the lines. It is important to wash Packalines using warm soapy water, on a regular basis, to maintain their pristine look. Washing also improves the 'tackiness' of the lines as it removes dust and dirt that can accumulate in the unique ridged profile over time and use. |
Measure twice and cut once
Remember, to avoid wastage, it is important to double check your measurements before cutting your Packalines.
