Bluegrass, Bourbon and Bocce in Maryland

When your event is called “Bluegrass, Bourbon & Bocce,” it’s pretty obvious what guests are getting – good music, good bourbon and a rollicking good time.

That’s exactly what was on offer at the Bluegrass, Bourbon & Bocce event, hosted by the Historical Society of Carroll County at the historic Union Mills Homestead, just outside of Westminster, Maryland

The mid-September event was a sell-out, with more than 260 tickets purchased, and featured bluegrass band, Sideline, along with a selection of fine bourbons from local distilleries.

But while it may be easy to transport a few dozen bottles of bourbon, and even a six-piece bluegrass band, a bocce court can pose certain challenges. That is, of course, unless the court is a Recreation Packabocce court, provided by Packaworld.
